IT Coordinator

Hilton Tallinn Park is looking for

IT COORDINATOR

to support the IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests.

In this position you will:

• Work closely with property management to ensure smooth running of the network and assist in helping to maintain the site systems;
• Manage/direct hardware, software, and network setup and installation, ensuring compliance with HTN standards and certification process
• Maintain inventory of all hardware products and software licenses, and reviews maintenance agreements;
• Identify and implement solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment;
• Communicate with the hotel Business Center Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requirements

We are looking for:

• Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel and/or service sector
• Experience of all Microsoft systems
• Experience of hotel applications, such as Fidelio and Micros, preferred
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Current technical skills and knowledge of technology
• Fluent Estonian & English (spoken and written), Russian is a plus.
