IT Business Applications Servicing consultant

Functions and responsibilities:
• Making analysis for consistency and efficiency of software systems;
• Integration and development of new functional changes in software systems;
• Communication with third parties for scheduling and auditing new
developments and software systems changes;
• Resolving issues during software systems integration.

Minimum level of competencies:
• Education: Master or Bachelor of Information technologies or computer systems; Communication technologies; Mathematics and Informatics;
• Work experience: Retail; Logistics companies; Companies and organizations specialized in development and integration of IT projects
• Work experience in the IT field – 2 years.
• Computer literacy and competencies:
° Familiar with systems for business management and ERP systems;
° Experience in designing and/or integrating systems for assets management;
° Creation and management of database arrays;
° SQL databases;
• Personal competences: initiative, responsible, good team player, positive
attitude.
• Good command in English and Estonian or Russian language.
