IT administrator

• Manage servers, including e-mail, communication, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software
• Manage all server and network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, servers, computers, and UPSs.
• Administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
• Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform system improvements, upgrades, and repairs.

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• Working technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, with a focus on Microsoft based architecture
• Extensive application support experience with Active Directory/Exchange/Windows series of products
• Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including VPN and other communications/remote access technologies
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
• English skills
