Enefit Ventures is Eesti Energia's open innovation and corporate venture capital investment initiative. Enefit Ventures aims to build value-creating partnerships with innovative European technology companies, while providing access to capital, industry expertise, professional networks and customer channels.
We are looking for an analyst to join the investment team to focus on early growth stage opportunities. This person should have a technical skill set and mindset, coupled with attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
• evaluate investment and partnership opportunities by assessing the attractiveness of potential new deals by forming a view on the industry, business model and company;
• prepare and present a thoughtful and rigorous analyses of potential investments and partnerships;
• assess the impact that emerging technologies could have on Enefit businesses and the wider energy sector;
• work with internal partners to build business cases and deployment pathways for emerging technologies.

Requirements
• a bachelor's degree in a STEM field or in finance/economics;
• at least 1 year of work experience in an analytical role;
• ability to evaluate complex business cases;
• proven ability to work with limited supervision;
• high level of intellectual curiosity;
• strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• english C1.
