EurobioLab is one of the largest natural and organic cosmetics manufacturers in the Baltic region and a fast-growing international beauty company.
We develop and manufacture cosmetics at our own modern production facility in Estonia. Our portfolio includes more than 1,500 products under 10 brands, including internationally recognized natural cosmetics brands.
Our products are currently sold in more than 80 countries worldwide, from Europe to Australia, through major retailers and distributors.
Our production is certified according to international standards ISO 9001 and GMP, and many of our products carry ECOCERT, BDIH, and ICEA organic certifications.
As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for an International Sales Lead (Key Accounts & Distribution) who will take ownership of both developing new markets and growing key international partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new export markets and growing sales in existing ones
- Building and managing distributor and retail partner network
- Managing key accounts and developing long-term partnerships
- Negotiating and closing international contracts
- Identifying new business opportunities and market potential
- Monitoring market trends, competitors and pricing
- Sales planning and forecasting
- Representing the company at international trade fairs
We expect:
- Experience in international B2B sales
- Experience working with distributors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
