Internal Technical Support Specialist is responsible for offering support for all Playtech internal (Development and QA) environments and coordinating the resolution of issues between different Playtech units abroad.
Problems vary greatly and include providing software support for different product components in internal environments, coordinating deployments of new software versions and resolving access issues for employees.
A successful candidate has a good general knowledge about computer hardware, networks and software, is fluent in Estonian and English, both verbally and in written form.
Higher IT education or current studies in that field are an added bonus. Additionally, experience in the IT field and ability to communicate with people in a natural and pleasant way are valued.
