As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an Internal Sales Representative you will build and develop close business relations (both external and internal) and provide the highest possible service levels to our customers. As a member of Arrow sales team You are searching for the business opportunities appearing at Arrow’s existing clients pool.
No day is like any other at Arrow, but typically you will be busy with:
- Handling incoming customers’ requests by generating, distributing and following price quotations to maximize the possibility of the customer completing an order
- Reaching out to assigned Arrow’s customers to learn more about their current and future needs in order to find new business opportunities
- Engaging with our suppliers to deepen product and market knowledge and provide the right solution to our customers
- Actively seek & introduce new solutions to customers in cooperation with other Arrow colleagues
- Be familiar with electronic components markets
- Be familiar with the legal requirements connected to the activities ran by the company

Requirements
WHO YOU ARE?
- You are optimist with ‘can do’ attitude
- You are eager to identify business growth opportunities
- You have the confidence to hold business discussion with different stakeholders, whether it is an account manager, marketing colleague or decision-maker at the customer side
- Your previous experience in sales/ customer service in the Electronic Components sector is an advantage
- You are a proficient user of MS Office tools
- You are interested in new solutions, comfortable with different digital solutions
- You are able to operate independently and make decisions
- You have ability to manage change
- You are fluent in English and Estonian languages
