Internal Communication Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Communication Manager to our global People & Culture team to enable and support our continued rapid growth and business expansion. The role is an interim role for a year but with the possibility for a permanent position as we are in rapid growth mode and always have a need for the best people to help us with that.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Set overall internal communication goals and strategies - Prioritiseinitiate and drive relevant internal comms projects, initiatives and methods to contribute to Bolt’s overall strategy, culture and employer brand.
  • Develop, manage and coordinate internal communication channels, content and events - Slack, Confluence, All Hands-meetings, events and similar. Update, maintain and delete content, channels and visuals so that relevant announcements, information, guidelines and documentation are understood, accessible and released with regards to appropriate timing.
  • Support the Management team - Provide support, advice and coaching on content and choice of comms method to enhance impact. Help with the production of presentations, content and visuals.
  • Culture & Values - Maintain and drive Bolt's culture & values by integrating them in internal communication content, visuals and channels.
  • People experience and engagement - Measure and monitor People Data and suppor with internal comms initiatives to maintain and enhance primeness, employee engagement, eNPS and overall Employer Brand.
  • People & Culture projects & initiatives - Participate in and/or assist with internal comms strategies (content, visuals and channels).
  • Crisis & incidents communication - Assist with the internal comms perspective and drive the internal communications through the crisis/incident together with relevant internal stakeholders (depending on the situation).
  • Employer Branding - Work together with the People & Culture team on external EB strategies and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful, we think you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing internal comms or PR in an international environment
  • Built and executed successful internal comms or PR strategies and plans
  • Experience of writing for a variety of target audiences
  • Project management skills working with multiple stakeholders
  • Relevant education in journalism, communications, PR or marketing 
  • Excellent development of key messages, content and choice of methods
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relations with internal stakeholders, executives and teams in a multicultural a global entrepreneurial environment 
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent English, written and spoken – other languages are an advantage
  • Experience of organizing, preparing and designing events is an advantage
  • Experience from startups environment is an advantage
  • Passion for communication!
