• Conduct of internal audits in all Baltic countries
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control measures and risk management system
• Analyzing business processes and producing recommendations for the elimination of deficiencies and risk mitigation
• Developing internal audit policy

Requirements
• University degree, preferably in finance, business related field or law
• Previous experience in insurance/financial sector
• Professional fluency in Estonian and English; working knowledge of Russian is desirable
• Analytical thinking, critical eye and good self-expression both orally and in written
• Good communication skills
• Readiness for teamwork and travelling
