Insurance Lawyer

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Support Swedbank Life Insurance SE and Swedbank P&C Insurance AS everyday operations, consult employees, carefully follow changes in legal requirements;

• Participate in Pan-Baltic life and non-life insurance business and regulatory projects (support project managers, coordinate Pan-Baltic legal opinions);

• Resolve customer complaints and legal disputes, represent the companies in legal proceedings;

• Provide support in governance issues.

As a lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal support to all insurance units. Your main competence is expected in life insurance area, nevertheless, replacement for non-life insurance lawyer is also needed during vacations and other absences.

• University degree in the field of law;

• Previous work experience in financial sector or area of financial law;

• Good communication and collaboration skills, you are good team player and willing to work in cross-border teams;

• Influencing and negotiating skills;

• Stress tolerance combined with motivation and perseverance;

• Fluency in Estonian and English languages (written and verbal), knowledge of Russian language is preferable.
