Job Description
Core job responsibilities and tasks:
- Ensures reliable work of all instrumentation, automation and electrical equipment of the facility.
- Arranges preventive maintenance and coordinates it with other departments.
- Provides compliance of instrumentation and electrical equipment with relevant system.
- Manages records of all in scope equipment of the facility including control equipment, automatic devices, electronics, alarm systems etc. Prepares and maintains a list of spare parts and safety stock for the department.
- Develops calibration logs and ensures timely calibration of all in scope equipment of the facility.
- Prepares information for purchase of spare parts, material and new instrumentation and electrical equipment.
- Maintains all technical documentation related to all instrumentation, automation and electrical equipment, alarm systems.
- Supervises contractors engaged in installation and maintenance work.
- Identifies training needs to ensure efficient work of personnel and compliance with procedures and requirements.
- Cooperates with engineering and production team for production process improvement.
- Coordinates and participates in any projects of the site related to electrical or automation area.
- Prepares and monitors the area’s budget including material estimates, capital spending.
- Follows Safety Rules at working place.
- Perform any other additional tasks that are closely connected with maintenance supervisor work and are consistent to his/her skills and qualifications.
- Proactive leadership and development of the instrumentation and electrical team.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- BS or Master degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience in instrumentation automation and/or electrical area
- Fluency in Russian, and proficiency (ability to express oneself in written and verbal form) in English and Estonian languages
- Experience in leading and implementing projects
- Electrical and automation reading skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and initiative in inefficiencies’ definition and improvement plans’ development.
- Electrical certification is a plus

Instrumentation and electrics supervisor is responsible for the leadership of the Site instrumentation team electricians’ team (9 direct reports in total). This position reports to the Operations Service Support Manager.
