Installation Works Manager (HVAC and Water Supply/Sewage Systems) for Project Implementation in Tallinn, Estonia (fixed-term role)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supervising the installation works of subcontractors performing mechanical engineering systems (HVAC, water supply and drainage) installation on site, ensuring progress in accordance with the project schedule.
• Monitoring the quality of installation works and ensuring compliance with technical solutions, project specifications, and engineering standards.
• Promptly resolving technical issues and problem situations arising on site.
• Working closely with project management, designers, and other project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and fire safety requirements.

• Strong knowledge of the installation and operation of mechanical engineering systems (HVAC, water supply and drainage).
• Degree in Engineering (Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field).
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and responsible approach.
• Willingness to work on a project in Estonia.
• Good command of English for working in an international team would be considered an advantage.
