What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be part of a team in Tallinn, which helps to grow smaller and new contract Vendors at the Nordic and Baltic region. You will provide support via email/telephone to our customers and suppliers, using initiative to grow and support business.
Day-to-day:
- Provide high level of support to our Nordic and Baltic customer requests and queries.
- You learn about the vendor products and services and present new technologies and solutions to our customers
- You prepare quotations, orders and follow your backlog
- You create vendor documentation
- You ensure that sales targets are met
Requirements
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a person who is self-driven, quick to read a situation and determined to solve problems, so analytical skills and a methodical attention to detail are also desired.
Therefore, what is essential for us
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of Estonian, Swedish or other Nordic languages is beneficial
- You enjoy the development in the IT industry and you are particularly interested in future technology solutions.
- Ability and wish to acquire new skills and develop quickly.
- Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Attention to details.
- You are articulate, clearly spoken on telephone and e-mail support in a friendly & professional manner.
- You are comfortable delivering presentations to customers
