INDIRECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER

In Estonia, this position focuses on establishing procurement regulations and guidelines, ensuring excellence in procurement processes, and managing categories globally. Responsibilities extend to contract negotiations, project leadership, and spending regulation.

The role also involves system monitoring for a smooth accounts payable process, overseeing investments, and ensuring compliance with the Indirect Procurement Policy. Collaboration on projects aimed at enhancing awareness and quality within indirect procurement is crucial. Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement for Africa, Switzerland, LATAM, Germany, and Estonia, this role is key to strategic procurement planning and execution, guaranteeing global operational efficiency and compliance.

• Proficiency in English and Estonian;
• Very strong skills in negotiation & contracting;
• Experience with managing Categories;
• 5-8 years of experience in Procurement;
• Experience with Procurement System Coupa is an advantage;
• Good communication skills with internal and external Stakeholders;
• Working well independently but also with teams across regions.
