* As Immigration Coordinator Assistant, your role is to support KPMG client teams in providing immigration services globally.
* Immigration services include for example obtaining visas, work and residence permits for our clients’ global mobility employees.
* Your core responsibility is to support the client teams by coordinating day-to-day immigration services as well as taking care of administrative and back office tasks.

Qualifications:
* You have previous work experience in coordinating tasks and/or knowledge of administrative processes
* You have strong organization and coordination skills
* You have great communication skills
* Your way of working is punctual and effective
* You take responsibility of your work from start to finish
* Fluency in English and Estonian, Finnish is an advantage

About you:
* You are in the end of your studies or recently graduated
* You like working systematically and with accuracy in fast-paced environment
* You are enthusiastic and eager to learn new things
* You have an eye for details without forgetting the bigger picture
* You are a service-oriented team player who likes working with people from
different cultures
* You have a can-do-attitude
