Your Mission

We are seeking Affiliate & Traffic Manager/Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the iGaming marketing sectors. This critical role requires a candidate who is proficient in both hands-on operations and strategic planning, with a strong focus on both customer acquisition and retention.

As the Affiliate & Traffic Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing department as well as Product, Development and Business Intelligence teams. Your goal will be to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Gaming Marketing function by optimizing our affiliate networks and traffic management strategies.

This position calls for someone who can manage and inspire a team, adeptly balancing tactical execution with strategic development to drive growth and maintain strong relationships in the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates to promote iGaming brand.
  • Foster strong relationships with onboarded affiliates and provide them with the necessary support to optimize their marketing efforts.
  • Negotiate and review affiliate agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Evaluate and optimize various traffic channels to increase customer acquisition and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for different traffic sources.
  • Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve overall affiliate program efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze traffic performance, providing actionable insights to enhance conversion rates.
  • Research and explore new marketing channels to expand online presence and attract a wider audience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify innovative promotional opportunities.


What we're looking for in our next teammate:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing and managing affiliate relationships within the online casino or iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of various traffic channels, affiliate networks, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches.
  • Understanding of digital acquisition, retention, affiliates, SEO, content, UX, SoMe, PR.
  • Strong understanding of ads metrics (CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, LTV).
  • Digitally savvy – a strong understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to stay in front of the competition.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
