WHAT YOU DO
- Plan and carry out recruitment processes and recruitment campaigns
- Employer Branding activities
- Implement, develop and monitor all the processes related to HR, including documentation and reporting
- Consult and support employees and managers on various topics related to HR and personnel management
- Support and cultivate a great work environment and culture
- Ensure health and safety for employees
Requirements
WHAT YOU HAVE
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1+ years of HR experience or in a similar role. Working experience in an international retail company is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Estonian labor law and legislation
- The desire to work effectively as part of a teamwith shared objectives and on your initiative andenthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English (verbal and written)
