What will you do?
As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for providing first-class employee relation services to the hotel to deliver an excellent team member experience. This includes talent management, succession planning, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and health and safety initiatives.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Propose and lead execution of HR strategy to support hotel business objectives
- Ensure team engagement is at high level & fully embodying the company values
- Provide and deliver first-class employee relation services and overseeing all HR-related processes
- Support managers to ensure success of their teams
- Support the hotel with departmental and hotel specific training requirements
- Ensure completion of management reports for head office and region
- Control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets
- Work with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industry

- Previous human resources management experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector
- Russian language will be an advantage
