Hilton Tallinn Park is looking for a passionate
Human Resources Coordinator
who is liable for HR related activities including recruitment, payroll and employee relations initiatives.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Payroll process
- Coordinate recruitment activities
- Manage all HR administration and onboarding activities
- Serve as the point of contact for Team Member issues
- Support HR activities, strategy implementation and Team Member events.
Requirements
To be successful in the position, you need :
- At least 2 years experience in similar position
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Excellent people management skills and positive attitude
- Attentive to details and accurancy
- Strong knowledge of Estonian employment law
- Fluent English, Estonian and Russian
- High level of enthusiasm, engagement and motivation
