Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for a

HR Generalist

(full-time job for fixed-term – maternity leave replacement)

to deliver efficient and high-quality HR services to our managers and supervisors in Posti Group subsidiaries in Tallinn. Depending on your experience, interest, and skills, you may also have some Baltic level responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• managing the whole employee life cycle by providing managers and supervisors daily and hands-on HR support in all people-related matters across the business. Long-run you will also focus on e.g., building a strong employer brand for attracting talent, building competencies, culture and ensuring high employee engagement.
• making sure our HR processes are smooth, efficient and in compliance with local employment law and the supervisors have the competencies needed
• maintaining high-quality HR data and providing people KPI’s for decision making
• supporting the leadership team in people-related strategic initiatives and projects in reaching the business goals

You will be part of our international HR team, providing you with collegial support and inspiration. You will also participate in implementing Posti People Journey in own area.

We appreciate you having a flexible and can-do mindset and enjoying working in a fast-paced environment. You can influence and engage people, enjoy challenges and have excellent co-operation skills. You understand the business drivers are result oriented and able to translate business goals into people actions. You have previous experience in the HR field and supportive education, you have knowledge of Estonia labor law and you are familiar with relevant HR processes. You are fluent in English and Estonian. Finnish language is a plus as well as experience from HRMS Workday.
