HUB Manager for International Business

As a HUB manager you will be:
- managing the day-to-day operation of assigned international business HUB´s (warehouse operated by partner) and participating in the process of its development
- coordination of work and communication with HUB (warehouse operated by partner) partners and clients, other departments within International Business Unit and Omniva group
- operations process management and improvement by giving input to Operations process manager
- working with partners from different time zones and cultures
- solving quickly arising questions and share information with the necessary parties
- analyzing and processing of data related to HUB´s (warehouse operated by partner) processes and client volumes

We will be happy if you have:
- higher education and experience in warehouse (HUB) and/or project management
- ability to react quickly, deal with several things at the same time and the will to find the best solution
- very good communication and coordination skills
- courage to take initiative and responsibility in finding and implementing solutions
- ability to see connections between details that make up the big picture
- love of numbers and have good analytical thinking
- ability to work with different cultures and in different time zones
- persistence to perform routine activities when necessary, being attentive and precise when doing so
- very good English, Russian and native language skills, both spoken and written.
