HR Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and people-loving HR Specialist who thrives in a fast-growing and constantly evolving environment. What you'll be doing:

• Keeping our HR operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Managing employee documentation and ensuring everything’s in line with internal policies and labor laws.
• Using tools like Persona and Avokaado to streamline and support HR processes.
• Supporting and advising managers and young team leads in people-related matters and daily leadership challenges.
• Owning the onboarding experience, scheduling health checks, running employee surveys, and coordinating trainings.
• Being a trusted go-to person for all things HR in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in an HR role — you know the ropes and can hit the ground running.
• Fluent communication skills in both Estonian and English — spoken and written.
• Confidence in using Persona, Avokaado, or similar HR tools to get the job done efficiently.
• A degree in human resources or a related field (vocational or academic — we value both).
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to grow, and a spark to someday lead your own team.
