Job Description
We are looking to recruit an HR specialist for our office in Tallinn. They will be tasked with managing the contracts and other personnel-related paperwork of employees in all of the Aspo Group companies, primarily in its HR software system. They will also be required to generate staff reports, to review the occupational health service invoices of the group’s Finnish unit and to assist on a variety of personnel-related projects. The HR specialist will report to the Finnish head of HR.
Requirements
- experience in the management of HR registers and documents;
- basic knowledge of HR work and the legislation pertaining to it;
- fluent Estonian (both spoken and written);
- good Finnish and English language skills;
- good Russian and the ability to use Sympa software would be of benefit.
