Job Description
In this position you will have the chance to support our organization in HR Compensation and Benefits. You will ensure effective administration of our compensation and benefit processes and provide proactive administrative support to HR, business leaders and stakeholders in our locations in the Nordics, Estonia, UK and Asia. You will coordinate, enter and administrate data in our HR information system and will produce reports in line with our HR KPIs and reporting process. Job description
- Support and administrate the Compensation and Benefit processes and tools, such as pay scales, annual salary review and bonus templates
- Provide proactive administrative support to the HR Business Partners, business leaders and other stakeholders
- Coordinate, enter and administrate the data in our HR information system
- Produce HR reports and support in the employment lifecycle processes and roadmap
Requirements
- Vocational education in business or equivalent
- Around 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Some experience with HR systems, HR reporting and analytics
- Proactive business supportive mindset
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent skills in MS Excel
- Fluent in English, any additional Nordic language skills are a plus
