While most startups do not hire an in-house recruiter or HR professional until they are much larger, we recognize the importance of this function within our organization and want to build our People Operations function with the best talent and practices as early as possible.
You will play a critical, twofold role: helping to rapidly scale our team, and being a steward of our culture through management of critical people operations functions.

That means the right candidate can take a hiring manager’s description of a role and turn it into a compelling job description... and develop a robust hiring pipeline, funnel, and reporting metrics/structure.

You will help own every stage of the employee lifecycle and report directly to the CEO
-Address and manage all staffing needs, identifying and hiring new talent for positions throughout the company, including salaried staff, management, salespeople and assistants.
-Write and disseminate job descriptions, locating and pursuing qualified candidates, and manage the application process including preliminary applicant interviews, review of references and the selection of the candidates with the best qualifications and characteristics.
-Take care of the entire process of onboarding and offboarding people.
-Develop compensation and benefit packages to ensure programs are market-competitive and fair.
-Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
-Ensure onboarding scales with our rapid company growth, setting new hires up for success.
-Coach and develop employees across all levels of our company
-Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
2-3 years of proven experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred (preferably in a Human Resources related field)
Digital Marketing experience a plus
