Our HR Manager operates as part of the Hotel’s Management team and acts as business partner to the Head of Departments, ensuring they are all well-equipped and enabled to recruit, retain and develop the best talent in the industry.
We are looking for Yes I Can! ready HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER who can do it all!

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the HR and training function within our Hotel. It’s all yours!
• Work closely with and support Hotel Management team – they are constantly moving between team welfare, payroll, incentive planning and all other areas of HR which will require your expertise, support and challenge
• Keep your finger on the pulse
• Be ahead of the game, recognizing talent and ensuring the right intervention is delivered at the right time to make a difference

Requirements
• You are confident in your own ability and have significant experience of providing HR support in a fast-paced, commercial environment
• You are a self-starter and have a proven track record of gaining trust within a business and in delivering results which add value and fit with the culture
• You have a positive approach, enjoy a challenge and have personal drive, showing initiative in all that you do
• You have well-developed English, Estonian and Russian language skills and computer skills in Office based IT-tools
