• Manage whole HR function for the organization


• Support all aspects of recruitment and onboarding of professionals in IT field


• Performance management


• Develop and analyze compensation and benefits plans


• Coach employees on employee relations issues


• Analyze training needs and develop new training programs
• Reporting and feedback


• Work together with the international HR team on new initiatives and practices

Ootused kandidaadile

• HR Degree or relevant business qualification


• At least 3 years of HR related experience


• Good knowledge of Estonian employment legislation


• Recruitment experience in IT industry is an advantage


• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels


• Profficiency in MS Office


• Fluent spoken and written English, Estonian and Russian (is an advantage)
