
HR Generalist
Job Description
HR Generalist (full-time job for fixed-term – maternity leave replacement)to deliver efficient and high-quality HR services to our managers and supervisors in Posti Group subsidiaries mainly in Tallinn. You may also have Baltic level responsibilities.
HR Generalist main responsibilities will be:
- managing whole employee life cycle by providing managers and supervisors daily and hands-on HR support in all people related matters across the business
- making sure our HR processes are smooth, efficient and in compliance with local employment law and the supervisors have the competences needed
- maintaining high quality HR data, entering data in Workday and other HR systems, and providing people KPI’s for decision making
- participating in implementation of Posti People Journey in own area of responsibility
You will be part of our international HR team, providing you with collegial support and inspiration. You will also participate in implementing Posti People Journey in own area.
Requirements
We expect you to have previous hands-on experience in HR and a relevant education. You have a can-do mindset, and you are enjoying working in a fast-paced environment. You are a self-driven team player, and you also have excellent co-operation skills. You are fluent in English and Estonian (oral and written). Finnish language or other Baltic languages are a plus as well as experience from HRMS Workday.
