HR Generalist / Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Generalist who will be member of our HR Team in Tallinn. He/she will be accountable for the delivery of HR services such as recruitment, onboarding and assimilation, training and development, performance management, employee engagement and recognition programs in the location.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize recruitment and onboarding of new talents as per Group’s standards and implemented processes
  • Work in partnership with EMEA HR Team to deliver recurring end to end services and processes
  • Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business and functional leaders, hiring managers, HR professionals, industry contacts, employees
  • Leverage and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of services
  • Facilitate the coordinated deployment of employee experience services
  • Promote the use and implementation of technologies within to gain efficiency in HR service

Requirements

  • University degree in HR or similar disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience as HR Generalist or Recruiter or similar positions in HR
  • Knowledge of local employment law and practices
  • Candidates sourcing experience (Linkedin and other sources)
  • Previous experience in employee experience related services and in an international company is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as primary focus is interacting with employees, candidates and business partners
  • Strong analytical abilities in order to accurately assess employees' needs, evaluate feedback, and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve an organization's work environment
  • Effective organizational skills for various administrative tasks and good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent Estonian & English skills, any other European language is an asset
