Job Description
As HR executive, you will the face of HR in multi-lingual, fast-growing environment, reporting to Region HR Manager, ensuring legality & alignment with TCS internal processes, partnering with business stakeholders in talent management, doing recruitment & attrition management, managing the end-to-end employment lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. Also ensuring that all payroll, accounting and auxiliary system requirements are met. Managing health & safety agenda and its compliance, dealing with expats, participating in local and global HR projects, preparing reports etc.
Requirements
You have relevant education, at least 5 years of previous experience in HR managerial role. Good knowledges of labor law and statutory compliance (tax, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations, GDPR). You are self-driven, detail oriented, systematic, like working with people. You have excellent communication skills in Estonian and English (verbal and written). You are communicative, flexible, positive and enjoy work in multi-national culture.
