- Supporting the HR department in handling store documentation
- Planning and organizing the training and induction of new employees
- Helping to prepare training materials
- Supporting Health&Safety process
- Other day-to-day activities
Requirements
- An academic degree in business, management or economics, or are in the process of obtaining it
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Advanced Estonian andEnglish language skills
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office software
