HPLC-MS Laboratory Technician

Icosagen Cell Factory OÜ is a biotechnology company that provides development and manufacturing services for therapeutic and diagnostic antibodies and licenses its proprietary patented expression technology.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HPLC-MS Laboratory Technician to support routine analytical workflows in our analytics laboratory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on laboratory work, follows established procedures, and values accuracy and consistency.
Key responsibilities: 
- Routine sample preparation according to established SOPs
- Preparation of reagents, mobile phases, and calibration standards
- Execution of HPLC-MS analyses using predefined methods
- Accurate sample tracking and laboratory documentation
- Support in routine instrument cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance
- General laboratory support activities and housekeeping

Required and preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional education in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Hands-on laboratory experience, familiarity with protein analysis is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and reliability
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Fluent Estonian and English at a working level
