Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Diagnose, process, follow up and resolve customer requests by phone, chat and email support.
- Ensure the resolution of requests by providing a solution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Report information related to specific problems in order to help improve the quality of technical support or customer service.
- Report calls to the customer support manager.
- Bilingual French and English

- IT tools: excellent skills, back office and CRM use.
