  • Executions' and achievement of goals specified in Information Technology Strategy;
  • Providing platforms for running services;
  • Implementation of reliability engineering practices in Bigbank;
  • Managing Site Reliability Engineering Unit;
  • Asset management.

Ootused kandidaadile

  • A good understanding of software development life-cycle;
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) or acquisition of it;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, good Estonian language skills preferred;
  • An engineering background;
  • Service and business minded;
  • Strategic and operational leadership experience;
  • Able to work both independently and in a team;
  • Good knowledge of coaching and mentoring others.
