Job description: For the next step of growth «COMITAS» plans to install a position as Head of Sales. This position will be placed in Moscow at «COMITAS» ’ Headquarters. The intention is to hire an experienced person from the conveying market in Europe, with good knowledge of warehouse logistics automation systems. The position holder will be the person to guarantee growth by winning new projects for the company as well as guiding his team and being supported by programmers and mechanical engineers. The position holder will also have to structure the sales department.
Main tasks will be to give support to the organization as well as structured and direct market activities in Russia and neighbor CIS countries. These market activities should result in profitable growth and significant increase of sales volume. In addition the person will lead the internal sales team in Moscow. Therefore the «COMITAS» is looking for a person with a sound experience in the sales of warehouse conveying, sorter and automation market in general.
We expect to perform the following duties:
sales development (conveyor systems, gravity racks, automated storage systems, Radio shuttle systems);
ensuring the financial performance of the unit;
finding new customers;
development of existing customer base;
the expansion of the product line;
development and participation in marketing activities aimed at promoting this direction;
conducting negotiations and meetings with current and potential customers and suppliers
organization and control of work of the Department employees.
We are interested in candidates with experience in the organization and development of sales in the field of storage automation, sorting; knowledge in warehouse logistics; experience in sales team management; active life position.

Compensation package: salary 3500 Euro + bonuses for the quarter / year. Payment of rent of the apartment, move to Moscow, payment of services of DMS.
