Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their technical requirements and challenges, and recommending solutions to meet their needs,

maintaining ongoing relationships with industrial and energy customers,

finding and selling general contracting industrial and energy projects,

when there is a need to form a sales team, manage it, providing guidance, support and mentorship to drive technical exelence and customer success.

Maintaining ongoing relationships with industrial and energy customers,

excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences,

proven track record of success in leading engineering teams and driving technical aspects of the sales process,

ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively,

strong technical expertise,

-fluent in English and Estonian.
