Head of Retail Financing

You would be working with a highly motivated and international team to manage and develop isePankur’s loan and investment advisory team who are responsible for handling customer on-boarding, account management and loan originations. The work is full-time. Specifically you would be working on:
• Motivating and training the loan and investment advisory team;
• Setting, tracking and fulfilling team and individual KPIs (such as sales, response times, productivity, and customer satisfaction);
• Coordinating team rotas to ensure a stable service level at times most suited for our customers;
• Helping HR in finding and recruiting new team members;
• Solving escalated customer problems;
• Helping the rest of the company build a great customer-centric service;

• High level fluency in English and Estonian in speech and in writing;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing customer-facing teams;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing teams above 10 people;
• Precise and argumentative person with good presentation skills;
• Exceptional team building and motivating skills;
• Higher education;
Desirable:
• Previous experience in retail lending;

• Gross income from 2,300 euro plus performance package;
