Head of project management & project managers

THREE POSITIONS. ONE TEAM. EXCITING INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS.

Juust & Jubn OÜ is entering an exciting phase of industrial development. We are investing in new production capabilities, modernising our facilities and expanding our operations in Paide, Estonia.

We are looking for three experienced and results-driven professionals to join our project management team and turn ambitious plans into operational success.

1. HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Take the lead in managing our industrial development projects and building a strong, results-oriented project management team.

Your key responsibilities:

• Directly lead, coordinate and support two Project Managers.
• Maintain an overall view of ongoing projects, priorities, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate activities between project teams, production, engineering, suppliers and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Support the start-up and operational readiness of existing factory facilities.
• Manage smaller operational projects and resolve day-to-day challenges.
• Provide regular progress reports to company management.

2. TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER – WPC80

Take full responsibility for the technical implementation of our WPC80 (Whey Protein Concentrate 80%) production project.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the WPC80 project from technical planning to operational readiness.
• Coordinate equipment selection, procurement and supplier communication.
• Oversee equipment installation, integration, testing and commissioning.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, technical risks and deliverables.
• Ensure successful commissioning and handover to production.

3. PROJECT MANAGER – LACTOFERRIN & EXPANSION

Lead the development of our lactoferrin production facility and contribute to other factory expansion projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage the lactoferrin production project from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate technical requirements, equipment suppliers and project partners.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, installation and commissioning activities.
• Manage additional factory development and expansion projects.
• Ensure effective integration of new production facilities with existing operations.
• Identify challenges, coordinate solutions and drive projects to completion.

Both Project Managers will report directly to the Head of Project Management.

Work location: Paide, Estonia – regular on-site presence is required.
Employment: Full-time employment contract.
Starting date: As soon as possible.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources and project risks.
• Experience working with technical teams, suppliers, contractors and international partners.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Estonian language skills at a minimum B1 level. Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Willingness and ability to work regularly on-site in Paide.

ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS BY POSITION

Head of Project Management

• Proven experience in leading people and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coordination and decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain a strategic overview while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.

Technical Project Manager – WPC80

• Strong technical or engineering background.
• Practical experience in industrial equipment procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Experience in dairy processing, membrane filtration or similar process technologies is a significant advantage.

Project Manager – Lactoferrin & Expansion

• Experience in industrial development, production facility construction or expansion projects.
• Good understanding of technical systems, equipment integration and commissioning.
• Experience in the dairy, food processing or biotechnology industries is an advantage.
