HEAD OF PAPER BAG MANUFACTURING

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead the operations of our Paper Bag Manufacturing Department. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands‑on leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical degree in printing technology
• Experience & Knowledge
• Operation experience of minimum 10 years
• Practical experience in flexographic printing
• Knowledge of Paper Bag Manufacturing processes is an advantage

• Proven experience in manpower handling and team supervision
• Proficiency in preparing Daily Production Reports, Performance Reports, and Monthly MIS
• Strong troubleshooting aptitude and problem‑solving mindset
• Commitment to continuous improvement, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement

• Personal Attributes:

• High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility

• English communication skills (written & spoken), Russian knowledge will be an advantage
