Head of Investor Relations

We're looking for a Head of Investor Relations who will be accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of the company, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company’s performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Develops and maintains the company investor relations plan
• Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community
• Organises conferences, roadshows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
• Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
• Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community’s perception of the company
• Performs comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
• Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function
• Establishes the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and creates that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives
• Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and helps develop investor relations messages based on these changes
• Monitors analyst reports and summarises them for senior management

Requirements:

• 5+ years investor relations leadership desired or 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Superior relationship-building skills
• Able to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
• Must be willing to travel
• Knowledge about the tech & mobility industry is an advantage
