Head of Human Resources

As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy for our dynamic and rapidly evolving organization. This leadership position requires a highly ambitious person who can drive the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with the company's goals, foster a positive and inclusive culture, attract and develop talents in retail industry.

The Head of People will report directly to the CEO and will be a vital member of the Management group. The position will be based on-site in Tallinn, Estonia.

• Proven experience as an HR leader;
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and trends;
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement and salary budget;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization;
• Proficiency in Estonian and English language.
