- You have a proven track record in digital sales, business growth, or digital transformation, ideally in banking, fintech, or e-commerce.
- You understand how to combine data-driven insights with innovative tools to drive sales effectiveness.
- You can define and execute strategies that deliver measurable impact in client acquisition and sales performance.
- You can bring strong leadership skills, inspiring teams and building alignment across business and technology functions.
- You can operate at a Baltic level, contributing to growth and transformation as part of the Baltic Growth Leadership team.
- Proficiency in English, and in Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian.
- You have a proven track record in digital sales, business growth, or digital transformation, ideally in banking, fintech, or e-commerce.
