Key responsibilities

Lead, organise and oversee the daily work of the Cyber Exercise Team, including yearly and monthly planning and budgeting

Manage collaboration with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and delivery on expectations

Ensure the timely planning, coordination and design of high-quality exercise scenarios and storylines, while personally contributing to the content of scenarios

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of scenario development, while ensuring scalability and efficiency through relevant technologies and tools

Guide the preparation of technical documentation related to cyber exercises
Ideal candidate

Holds a relevant higher education degree and has proven experience in organising, participating in, or coordinating cyber defence exercises

Has knowledge of designing or developing cyber exercise scenarios and is comfortable working with information systems and supporting tools

Demonstrates a solid cross-functional understanding of cyber defence, business needs, and training/lessons learned processes

Brings strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead, organise and deliver in a structured way, and in an international environment

Is willing to apply for security clearance

Proficiency in Estonian is an advantage
