Head of Cyber Exercises

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and oversee the daily work of the Cyber Exercise Team, including yearly and monthly planning and budgeting 

• Manage collaboration with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and delivery on expectations 

• Ensure the timely planning, coordination and design of high-quality exercise scenarios and storylines, while personally contributing to the content of scenarios 

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of scenario development, while ensuring scalability and efficiency through relevant technologies and tools 

• Guide the preparation of technical documentation related to cyber exercises

• Holds a relevant higher education degree and has proven experience in organising, participating in, or coordinating cyber defence exercises 

• Has knowledge of designing or developing cyber exercise scenarios and is comfortable working with information systems and supporting tools 

• Demonstrates a solid cross-functional understanding of cyber defence, business needs, and training/lessons learned processes 

• Brings strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead, organise and deliver in a structured way, and in an international environment 

• Is willing to apply for security clearance 

• Proficiency in Estonian is an advantage
