Head of Controlling

• You ensure application of Bonava financial policies and processes in Baltics and secure their consistency with local laws and regulations, aligned with the business requirements.
• Based on the business needs you will provide effective reporting (incl. consolidated reports & forecasts) and support consultancy in the areas of your responsibility.
• You will lead a local finance team in Tallinn, with currently 3 members and work closely with controllers in Riga and Vilnius.
• You will be a member of Bonava Controller’s community and a leading partner from Baltics to Bonava Group Controlling team

You are a right person to our team if you

• have University degree or equivalent in finance, previous experience in leading team is an advantage.
• have a strong understanding of financial processes and practical skills and knowledge in controlling and accounting (incl. consolidation).
• have knowledge and experience working with IFRS regulations and cooperation with auditors, preferably in an international organization.
• are business-oriented person who takes responsibility in achieving goals and deadlines.
• are fluent in Estonian and English, both in spoken and written.

You report to Bonava Baltic Head of Finance & Business Control and have an opportunity to share your experiences with Bonava Group colleagues in 9 countries.
