Head of Affiliates

As the Head of Affiliates at Spinwise, you will play a pivotal role in driving our affiliate marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing deals with traffic partners to maximize revenue, optimize partner relationships, and enhance brand presence in different markets with different verticals/brands. You will travel to conferences, meet a lot of partners, be a proactive deal master and be part of one of the greatest teams in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving results.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement an effective affiliate marketing strategy to achieve objectives
• Build relationships with existing and potential affiliates driving acquisition and retention
• You will have the ability to build, lead and inspire a high-performing affiliate marketing team
• Guide and support team members for successful campaign execution
• Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate marketing performance metrics
• Implement data-driven strategies to optimize affiliate partnerships and maximize ROI
• You'll be responsible for the partnership deals with responsibilities to negotiate and manage contracts with existing and new affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, not limited to the gaming industry
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices, commercials and industry trends, from financial figures to SEO and digital marketing KPIs
• Outstanding comfort in the fields of SEO, paid search, and other traffic generation methods 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
