  • ability to assess the current situation in the store and a proactive attitude

  • capability to work during weekends and in shifts- we are ready to adjust the work schedule to your needs

Your scope of work:

  • working side by side with the team in key business areas: delivery, sales room, fitting room, cash desk
  • organizing and coordinating the work of sales team in accordance with priorities
  • delegating tasks and providing ongoing feedback to the teammates
  • running shifts and daily meetings with the team
  • supporting and driving a selling culture within your team
  • onboarding of the new employees
