We're hiring Growth & Marketing Manager!
Maidla Nature Resort is looking for a brilliant full-stack marketing person to join the team and help promote luxury nature accommodation with the goal to skyrocket growth and sales beyond the borders of Estonia.
You will be responsible of:
*Developing the marketing strategy working closely with Maidla team
*Creating content to support strategy in each channel
*Launching Nature Villas in foreign markets & doing market research
*Executing social media advertising

Requirements
Must-have:
- You're an independent team player, super ambitious & at least as creative as Ragnar.
- You’re known as having extremely high attention to detail & a good sense of style/design.
- You have a full-stack marketing profile with can-do-attitude, ability to LEARN on the go & accept challenges.
- You believe and know that the world’s next luxury hotel brand comes from Estonia.
Skills & Qualities:
- Exceptional communication and networking skills
- Experience with performance marketing (Google & Facebook Ads) & Analytics
- Flexibility and ability to switch rapidly from one task to another as the situation may arise
- Interest in the latest digital marketing trends and hospitality marketing
- Ability to refine success metrics and inputs that show the impact of your work
- Fluent in English (and preferably Estonian)
- Be the nr.1 fan of the most beautiful country
