About the role
As a Growth Analytics Manager in the Delivery team, you will lead a small team of Growth Analysts while owning incentive spending strategy for Eater and Merchant campaigns across your markets. You'll drive marketplace success by combining hands-on analytics with strong leadership, ensuring smart, data-backed decisions that maximise ROI and achieve higher growth at a lower cost.
You will work closely with General Managers, Account Management, Operations, and local teams to turn insights into action. This role requires sharp business sense, strong analytical thinking, the ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous environments, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Growth Analysts, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output.
- Own incentive spending decisions across your 8 markets, optimising investments to maximise ROI and growth impact for both Eater and Merchant campaigns.Translate business goals into clear analytical priorities and actionable insights.
- Work with your team to build experimentation roadmaps, launch A/B tests, and use statistical techniques to draw out insights about growth challenges.
- Play a key role in growth forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation for your region, identifying new investment opportunities and building efficient growth strategies.
- Proactively collaborate with General Managers, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy & Operations teams to secure fast decision-making and drive topline results.
- Use your stakeholder management and communication skills to handle expectations and execute strategic decisions together with senior management in HQ and at a local level.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in analytics or a related data field, including experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing, with proven experience designing and evaluating experiments.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and actionable decisions.
- A quick thinker who can make confident decisions under ambiguity and manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing non-technical audiences and driving alignment across teams in English.
