Job Description
Providing expert and strategic legal advice in highly regulated, but continuously evolving financial sector, that effectively supports Bigbank in its everyday operations, contractual matters with its partners, customer and third parties, product development and duty to comply with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
Drafting and negotiating various range of contract types, involving leases, purchase agreements, license agreements and other legal documentation.
Providing legal support for transactional M&A’s
Supporting business in developing, launching and withdrawing products and services at business unit level
Requirements
Master’s degree in Law
At least 2 years’ experience working with supervisory authorities in finance sector (alternatively 2 years’ experience working as a legal counsel in law office, bank, investment or insurance firm in regulative department, larger international company; or other similar positionStrong contract drafting and negotiation skill
Excellent attention to details and are able to meet agreed deadlines
Proven ability to drive decisions making to achieve end objectives in legal matters
Excellent communications and presentations skills, ability to manage many projects simultaneously at a high-quality level.
Working proficiency of Estonian and English.
