  • Take responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance.
  • Participate in evaluating candidates’ competencies.
  • Actively source candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with business teams, local People & Culture teams, and the Global People & Culture Advisory Partners team to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within our company.
  • Support employer branding, learning & development, and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local talent acquisition policies.

Requirements

  • Bring previous hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the field of technology.
  • Understand the importance of staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field.
  • Approach challenges with a clever and solution-oriented mindset, always ready to think outside the box.
  • Commit to delivering high-quality work, focusing on efficiency and smart ways of working.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and an ability to understand managers’ and teams’ needs, collaborating with them as a strategic partner.
  • Use effective networking and communication skills to attract top talent.
